Advocate Health's Carolinas Rehabilitation NorthEast in Concord, NC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for inpatient acute care. You will evaluate and plan OT programs, supervise staff, and work within an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence for adults recovering from illness or injury.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, an active state OT license, and BLS certification.

Qualificações

• Active state OT license is required.
• BLS certification is required per policy guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct OT services in inpatient acute care setting seven days a week, including holidays.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized OT treatment plans.
• Supervise OT Assistants, Rehab Technicians, volunteers and students.
• Communicate evaluations and progress to physicians and care team.
• Document evaluations, treatment notes and discharge plans.
