Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients' physical and functional status related to medical diagnoses.
• Administers standard OT tests (sensory, manual muscle, ROM, etc.).
• Develops short- and long-term therapy goals and plans.
• Documents patient progress and communicates with physicians.
• Mentors staff and participates in community activities as needed.
