The role requires a Bachelor’s in OT, state licensure, BLS within 30 days, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required and active state licensure.
• Must be able to apply clinical reasoning and evidence-based modalities.

Aufgaben

• Assess patient's ability to safely and effectively perform occupational skills; design plan of care.
• Implement treatment plan using appropriate modalities.
• Document progress with subjective and objective findings.
• Monitor and modify plan of care; seek consultation as needed.
• Educate patient and family about deficits.
• Plan and discharge patients from therapy services; advise on adaptive equipment and support programs.
• Supervise and delegate to COTAs and therapy technicians per licensing laws.
