Advocate Health in Concord, NC seeks an Occupational Therapist for inpatient acute care. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement therapy plans, and coordinate treatment with physicians and the care team.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in OT and a state license. You will work a 40-hour weekdays schedule with rotating weekend and holiday coverage, within a comprehensive rewards program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy is required.
• OT licensure in the applicable state is required; BLS is required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans, directs and administers Occupational Therapy programs in an inpatient acute care setting.
• Plans and conducts OT programs to restore function and maximize independence.
• Supervises Occupational Therapy Assistants, Rehab Technicians, volunteers and students.
