Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops individualized OT treatment plans.
• Provides age-appropriate OT interventions to maximize independence and safety.
• Monitors progress, adjusts plans, and communicates with care team.
• Documents evaluations, interventions, and discharge plans per policy.
• Supervises OTAs per Virginia licensure and federal regs.
• Provides guidance to students and staff as assigned.
• Participates in quality initiatives, education, and department projects.
