Job summary

Jobot seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our Boise inpatient rehabilitation team on a day shift. This full-time role includes benefits from day one and a chance to help patients regain independence through milestone-driven care.

You will provide direct OT care to inpatient rehab patients, lead assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, supervise therapies, and collaborate with a high-energy team dedicated to compassionate, outcome-focused care.

Qualifications

• Current occupational therapy licensure or certification as required by state regulations
• CPR certification
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient related experience
• Ability to deliver assessment-driven, personalized OT in an inpatient rehab setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy care to inpatient rehabilitation patients
• Lead patient assessments and develop personalized treatment/care plans
• Supervise care and treatments and target/resolve patient concerns
• Guide patients through therapy aimed at function, independence, and quality of life
• Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs
• Celebrate patient victories throughout the recovery process
• Collaborate in a team-based rehab environment to deliver top-tier, compassionate care

Education

Master’s Degree preferred

Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient related experience
