Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation unit in Boise, ID. This day-shift, full-time role offers patient-centered care, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to help patients regain independence one milestone at a time.

You will provide direct OT care, lead assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans while supervising therapies and supporting patients through recovery milestones.

Qualifications

• Current occupational therapy licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient related experience.
• Ability to deliver assessment-driven, personalized OT in an inpatient rehab setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy care to inpatient rehabilitation patients.
• Lead patient assessments and develop personalized treatment/care plans.

• Guide patients through therapy aimed at function, independence, and quality of life.

Education
