Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans, involving patients and families in care planning.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, education, and discharge information per departmental standards.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication with team members.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities, ensuring licensure and certification requirements are met.
• Promote excellent customer service, teamwork, and a positive environment for patients and staff.
