Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with state license.
• IV certification and BW certification within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate within 90 days of hire and maintain current.
• Work experience in health care preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services under the supervision of an RN, aiming to maintain safety and improve the patient experience in the MST setting.
