Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Nurse Supervisor in Columbia, South Carolina. Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting eligibility requirements.
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Experience in a leadership role such as charge nurse.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs.
• Serve as a liaison between administration and nursing staff.
• Supervise nursing care during assigned shifts.
• Manage staff performance and provide feedback.
• Assume patient care as needed, understanding their needs.
