Job summary

Froedtert & MCW is seeking a Staff RN-Inpatient to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for an identified patient group in an inpatient setting. The role emphasizes competency in delivering care to an adult population and adherence to ANA-based standards.

Applicants must hold a current Wisconsin RN license (or a multi-state license) and complete BLS within 90 days of hire. Non-BSN nurses must enroll in a BSN program within 15 months and finish within five years of enrollment.

Qualifications

• Professional nursing knowledge and practice needed to be eligible for RN licensure.
• Non-BSN hires must enroll in a BSN (or higher) program within 15 months and complete within 5 years (6 years if MSN/DNP/PhD).
• Acceptance into a program expected within 15 months of hire and completion within 5 years.
