Job summary

Froedtert Health in Pewaukee, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide primary nursing care in the Inpatient Unit for patients of all ages. You will collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to deliver effective care and support patient outcomes.

Required is a WI RN license or multi-state license, BLS and ACLS within 12 months, and a minimum of 1 year inpatient/telemetry experience; 2 years preferred. This is an on-site role with 36 hours in a 6-week period and Shift 4.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years nursing education from an accredited school.
• Current Wisconsin RN license or multi-state Compact license.
• Active BLS; ACLS within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the Inpatient Unit.
• Collaborate with clinical and front office staff to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide professional role modeling and maintain standards of care.
