Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Aiken seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct and supervise care on the nursing unit under the direction of the CNO/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse. The RN will plan, coordinate and provide patient care, including interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and teaching for post-hospitalization, while accessing community resources.

Current SC RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days are required; ACLS for Charge Nurses if

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in SC or compact state.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days (for Charge Nurses also).
• One year inpatient med-surgical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the unit.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning and teaching.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and access community resources.
