Telecare Corporation in California is seeking a part-time, on-site Registered Nurse supervisor to oversee psychiatric direct care and nursing services across shifts. You will plan, review, and evaluate clinical activities while directing a multidisciplinary team to support clients’ health and safety needs.

The role requires a CA RN license, 2+ years of psychiatric nursing and supervisory experience, and certifications (CPR, CPI, First Aid).

Formación

• Two (2) years of psychiatric direct care nursing experience and at least two (2) years in a supervisory role.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in California
• CPR, CPI, and First Aid certifications required on date of employment or within 60 days

Responsabilidades

• Implements and supervises direct nursing care for the assigned shift.
• Directs, coordinates, and oversees nursing and health services for clients across age groups.
• Supervises an assigned multidisciplinary team and assigns staff per client needs and team strengths.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
