Job summary

Covenant HealthCare is seeking an Inpatient Radiographer to perform radiographic examinations under radiologist supervision in a hospital setting. You will handle patients across all ages, position them for exams, and ensure high-quality images while maintaining safety and courtesy.

You will operate a wide range of imaging equipment and support critical care services as needed. The role requires ARRT registration or eligibility and BLS certification, with a strong emphasis on patient safety,

Qualifications

• ARRT registration or eligible; BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in radiologic imaging and patient handling.
• Ability to work under supervision in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Produce diagnostically acceptable radiographs following department protocols.
• Operate imaging equipment: General X-Ray, Tomography, Fluoroscopy, Portable X-ray, C-Arm, Dental X-ray, O-Arm.
• Position patients and apply immobilization as required.
• Explain procedures; monitor reactions to contrast media under Radiologist direction.
• Transport patients and maintain equipment and work area.
