Innovative Therapy Concepts is hiring a full‑time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the inpatient rehabilitation team at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus, Georgia. This role welcomes new graduates and experienced clinicians alike; you will work with a skilled interdisciplinary team in a modern hospital, supporting patients to regain function, mobility and independence.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with an optional weekend rotation and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Eligible for Georgia state licensure as a PTA.
• New graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
