ProgressiveHealth Rehabilitation, Inc. is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant for the inpatient Union Hospital Therapy team in Terre Haute, IN. This role provides therapeutic care in an acute inpatient setting with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend rotation.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree in PTA, state licensure, CPR/BLS, and strong communication skills. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is offered and eligibility is for non-sponsored work authorization in the United States.

Formación

• Associate degree or better in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Ability to obtain state licensure and maintain it in good standing.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout shift.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Provide medically prescribed physical therapy in inpatient setting.
• Work toward patient care time targets and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with therapists and physicians within care pathways as needed.
• Restore patient function and relieve pain to reduce disability.
• Integrate Rehab Techs to support the patient’s plan of care.
• Complete required documentation per company policies and state/federal regulations.
