Job summary

Union Hospital Therapy, LLC in Terre Haute, IN seeks an energetic Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team. The role includes developing individualized treatment plans and supervising PTAs in an acute care or rehab unit.

New graduates and experienced PTs are welcome to apply, with full-time and PRN options. Incentives include a $10,000 sign-on/retention bonus for full-time and monthly bonus potential, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (PT).
• Current state licensure/registration in good standing (or ability to obtain).
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Review patient information, assess impact, and communicate treatment progress.
• Revise plans as needed for injuries or diseases affecting joints, nerves, or bones.
• Instruct patients/families on exercises to continue after discharge.
• Delegate tasks and supervise PTAs and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete documentation per company policies and federal/state regulations.
