Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois is required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire is required.
• A Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care and teaching; participates in committees and process improvement.
