Job summary

This role requires Massachusetts licensure, a Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy, and availability for weekend shifts with occasional weekday days/evening coverage.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy required.
• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate PT needs and develop a treatment plan.
• Collaborate with the health care team to coordinate therapies.
• Manage patient caseload and contribute to discharge planning.
• Participate in departmental meetings and program development.
• Supervise aides and students as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
