PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Florida is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead daily clinical operations and drive patient outcomes. You will oversee development and administration of treatment programs for diverse orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases, focusing on evidence-based care and quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership development, team mentorship, and budget stewardship, with a strong push toward growth through referrals and efficient clinic performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure in good standing.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient.
• Establish timely treatment plans for patients.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget through referrals and billing.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients and team members.
• Build and maintain community relationships.

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's specific needs
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
