Carilion Clinic, in partnership with the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, seeks a full-time Inpatient Psychiatrist to join our Christiansburg, Virginia team. This role combines clinical inpatient care with academic engagement and opportunities to teach within a physician-led system.

Position offers hospital-based inpatient psychiatry, teaching responsibilities, and work-life balance in a supportive environment near the New River Valley.

• Manage a focused daily census of 10-12 patients
• Work with an average length of stay of 5-7 days
• Deliver acute stabilization and coordinated discharge planning
• Practice in a structured, team-based inpatient setting
