Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Behavioral Health field.
• Current State Licensure. Current CPR or BLS certification. QMHP eligibility or credential.
• At least 6 months experience providing individual, group and family therapy in inpatient/outpatient settings; knowledge of ethics and reporting abuse.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write treatment plans and discharge summaries within established time frames.
• Liaise with disciplines, physicians, families, and outside agencies.
• Assess, design, and implement therapies that meet patient and family needs.
• Collaborate as part of the treatment team under supervision of Clinical Services Director.
