Job summary

Wellfound Behavioral Health Hospital in Tacoma, WA seeks a compassionate Psychiatric Registered Nurse for our inpatient team. This .9 FTE role covers three 12-hour shifts weekly with rotating weekends and includes a $12,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State license without restrictions or accepted compact license.
• One year inpatient psychiatric nursing experience required.
• Strong nursing assessment skills.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process.
• Participate in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients.
• Provide clinical leadership for other staff on the unit.
• Promote Wellfound Values and maintain a positive work environment.
