Job summary

Compass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for its 16-bed Evaluation & Treatment Facility in Everett, WA. The RN will provide direct, recovery-focused nursing care to adults experiencing psychiatric emergencies in an inpatient setting during the Full-Time NOC shift (Fri–Sun, 7:00pm–7:30am).

Responsibilities include clinical assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize and treat acute psychiatric symptoms while maintaining patient

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license
• Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred
• First Aid & CPR certification and Food Handler's Permit, or ability to obtain within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing services and clinical assessment.
• Deliver care consistent with Washington Nurse Practice Act.
• Administer medications per orders and manage delivery system.
• Coordinate with other medical providers and document care.
• Provide clinical guidance to on-shift staff (no supervisory duties).
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
