Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse I for the Deaconess 4 Inpatient Psychiatric Unit at BIDMC. You will provide direct patient care, educate patients and families, and use the nursing process to promote recovery and wellness in adults with acute mental health needs.

The role is an entry-level nursing position for new graduates, with leadership and professional development support. A BSN is preferred, with RN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• License Registered Nurse required; American Heart Association – Basic Life support Certificate required.

Responsibilities
