Job summary

Cypress Creek Hospital in north Houston, TX, seeks Floor Registered Nurses for day shift (7am–7:30pm) to deliver patient care on adult/adolescent/geriatric units. You will document assessments, administer meds, and collaborate with the treatment team.

Ideal candidates have Texas RN licensure (or compact state), and psychiatric experience is preferred. Orientation will include CPR/de-escalation training and mandatory background checks.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Texas or compact state.
• 1 year psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation certifications possible during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications per physician orders.
• Implements and evaluates patient care on Adult/Adolescent/Geriatric units.
• Supervises nursing staff and participates in treatment planning.
