Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Missouri is seeking a Nursing Manager to coordinate patient care, lead staff across units, manage equipment and budgeting, and monitor departmental statistics in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

You will hire, train, assign, and evaluate staff; develop growth plans; oversee patient care with age-appropriate interventions; implement collaborative care plans; and ensure safety protocols and policy documentation.

Qualifications

• BSN degree with 2+ years RN experience; inpatient behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• RN licensure required; supervisory experience is a plus.
