Aura Health is seeking an Inpatient Assistant Nurse Manager in Psychiatry to supervise patient care, staff, and operations within a hospital setting.

You will hire, train, and evaluate staff; develop staffing plans and budgets; coordinate patient care plans; lead meetings; and ensure safety and high-quality care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and RN licensure required.
• Inpatient psychiatric experience 2+ years required.
• Preferred 5–10 years of experience with <2 years supervisory experience.

• Responsibilities: Hire, train, evaluate staff, and ensure productivity aligns with departmental goals. Develop and oversee staffing plans, budgets, and resource management. Implement and monitor patient care plans tailored to patients' age and needs, ensuring safety and quality standards. Lead staff meetings, manage payroll and documentation, and address performance issues. Support a collaborative, patient-centered environment with a focus on safety and high-quality care.
• Qualifications: BSN degree, RN licensure, and 2+ years of inpatient psychiatric experience required. Preferred candidates have 5-10 years of experience and less than 2 years of supervisory experience.
