LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Manager to coordinate patient care, oversee staffing, training, and department operations in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

You will lead staff scheduling, enforce safety protocols, drive quality improvement, and ensure compliant, patient-centered care across units, including evening shifts and on-call management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• 2+ years RN experience; 5-10 years preferred.
• RN license required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and professionalism.
