Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation within nursing standards in a Missouri setting. The role emphasizes patient-family education, safety, and high-quality care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

The RN will develop individualized care plans, coordinate across care teams, and promote culturally competent care while maintaining safety as a top priority.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
