Job summary

Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. at the Lee Center in Sanford, NC seeks a Team Lead to supervise clinical operations and provide direct services as needed. This role ensures high-quality care and supports the Center Director across administrative duties.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a relevant field with 3–5 years of substance abuse clinical work; supervisory experience is preferred, LCAS is a plus. Starting salary aligns with licensed status and local market norms.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling or a related field with professional licensure.
• Three to five years of clinical practice experience in substance abuse.
• Prefer 1 year of supervisory experience.
• A clinician with an LCAS would be highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carries an active caseload and/or performs direct clinical services for at least 2 days per week.
• Mentors clinical Substance Abuse staff and helps develop performance indicators, audits, and ensures timely documentation.
• Provides in-service training and participates in agency-wide trainings.
• Participates in selection, hiring and performance evaluations of clinical staff.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
