Job summary

Requires a BS in Physical Therapy, MA PT license, BLS, and at least five years of inpatient/outpatient PT leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active MA license in physical therapy (licensure).
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Minimum of five years clinical PT experience in inpatient/outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor staff; provide supervision and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily operations and departmental budget and volumes.
• Coordinate quality assurance programs and department projects.
• Develop and upgrade PT programs and protocols.
• Plan staff development and educational needs; co-treat with therapists.
• Ensure patient care plans are evidence-based, timely and measurable.
