Job summary

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive program development within Rehabilitation Services.

Required are at least five years of professional PT experience, an MA license, and AHA BLS certification, with a track record in inpatient or acute care leadership.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional, clinical expertise in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
• Active MA license in physical therapy and Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Leads, trains and mentors staff; ensures competency and adherence to LHMC/Lahey Health standards.
• Manages site/department budgets and capital expenditures; oversees monthly budget and productivity.
• Oversees staff development; orients, trains and provides ongoing feedback.
• Coordinates department quality assurance programs and project management.
• Ensures productivity, proper scheduling and efficient department operations.
• Oversees patient care documentation, discharge planning and interdepartmental collaboration.
