Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited PTA/OT therapy assistant program.
• Current state license to practice PTA/COTA.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a hospital acute care therapy setting.
• Must have a Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities in inpatient Physical Medicine to ensure high-quality and safe patient care.
• Collaborate with leadership, educators, and content experts to provide educational opportunities and improve staff competence.
• Design orientation programs, facilitate preceptor development, and maintain patient care standards.
