Requirements include PTA or COTA program completion, state licensure, and 2+ years in acute care therapy. A Healthcare Provider card or course completion within probationary period is needed.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of an accredited PTA or COTA therapy assistant program.
• Current state license to practice PTA or COTA.
• Minimum of 2 years in a hospital acute care therapy setting.
• Current Healthcare Provider card or completion of a course within probationary period.
