Mercy is seeking a Physical Medicine Coordinator to lead education and staff development in the Inpatient Physical Medicine Department. You will collaborate with leadership, educators and clinical teams to enhance patient care quality and safety, ensuring competency through curriculum design and mentorship.

Requires PTA/COTA accreditation and licensure, plus a current Healthcare Provider card or completion within probation.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited PTA or COTA therapy assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate educational opportunities and improve student and staff competence.
• Design orientation programs and facilitate preceptor development.
