CoxHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Acute Therapy South department in Springfield, MO. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment across units including ICU and medical-surgical floors, focusing on mobility, rehabilitation, and patient education.

We offer mentorship for new graduates, a supportive culture, and opportunities to develop clinical skills. Active Missouri PT licensure is required, and a strong commitment to patient-centered care is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; state licensure is required.
• Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• No prior experience required for the position.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients in returning to their normal movement and function through therapeutic exercise and mobility training.
• Communicate care plans to physicians, nurse case managers, and payers; coordinate with the care team.
• Participate in mentorship programs and adhere to CoxHealth values while delivering high-quality care.
