Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
• BLS Certification required
• CPR Certification required

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Review patient information, evaluate impact, and communicate treatment progress.
• Revise plans as needed for injuries or musculoskeletal disorders.
• Instruct patients and families in home exercise programs after discharge.
• Delegate tasks and supervise PTAs and rehabilitation technicians.
• Complete documentation per company policies and regulatory requirements.
