Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• For pool therapist, previous work experience as a physical therapist is necessary.

Responsabilités

• Integrates patient management elements to maximize outcomes and ensure appropriate treatment planning.
• Maintains accurate documentation and billing and ensures referrals/authorizations are in place.
• Meets department productivity standards while providing high-quality patient care and manages caseload effectively.
• Rotates through various treatment areas and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
• Delegates and supervises supportive personnel and volunteers as needed.
