Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a full-time Home Health Physical Therapist for our Doylestown Team. The role delivers skilled therapy to patients in their homes and contributes to restoring maximum function.

You will assess physical abilities, relieve pain, plan and carry out individualized programs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure an optimal patient experience. Schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with two weekend days per quarter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from CAPTE accredited school of physical therapy (MS or Doctorate preferred).
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of Pennsylvania.
• BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider per the American Heart Association.
• Valid Driver's License/Car Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled physical therapy to patients in their homes and assesses functional abilities.
• Relieves pain, prevents further disability, and helps patients improve physical function.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, schedulers, and managers to ensure an optimal patient experience.
• Plans and carries out individually designed programs to maintain or restore physical functioning.

Education

Bachelor's degree from CAPTE accredited school of physical therapy (MS or Doctorate preferred)
