Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a full‑time Home Health Physical Therapist for our Doylestown Team. The role involves delivering skilled therapy in patients' homes, assessing and improving their physical function, and collaborating with the care team to provide excellent patient experiences.

Schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, with two weekend days per quarter. Requires CAPTE-accredited PT degree, PA licensure, BLS/CPR, and valid driver’s license with car insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from CAPTE-accredited school of physical therapy (MS or Doctorate preferred).
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in Pennsylvania.
• BLS/CPR as a healthcare provider per the American Heart Association.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled therapy to patients in their homes and assesses patients' physical abilities.
• Restores maximum function and maintains patient performance; relieves pain and prevents disability.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, schedulers, and managers to optimize patient experience.
• Plans and carries out individually designed physical therapy programs to maintain or improve functioning.
