Job summary

Northwestern Medicine in Wheaton, IL seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide inpatient rehabilitation services at the Wheelchair Positioning Center. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support discharge planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois required.
BLS certification required upon hire.

Develops and implements collaborative treatment plans.
Educates patient, family and caregiver.
Supervises paraprofessionals and provides clinical direction.
