Job summary

University Hospitals in Ohio seeks a Physical Therapist for inpatient PRN coverage. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and guide rehabilitation within the care continuum to restore function.

Responsibilities include patient/family education, discharge planning, documentation and billing, and adherence to PHI security. Must hold a PT license in Ohio or MSA and BLS within 90 days; degree from accredited PT program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Required).
• Licensed in Ohio and/or Multi State Compact (Required).
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops an effective PT treatment plan.
• Educates patient/family/caregiver on treatments and prevention.
• Initiates discharge planning and participates in care coordination.
• Performs documentation, billing, and supports department operations.
• Follows policies and PHI security guidelines.
