Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited program is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Instruct and assist patients during exercises and activities.
• Observe and document patient progress and communicate findings.
• Coordinate with physical therapy staff for planning and care.
• Administer therapeutic modalities and measure range of motion.
• Maintain patient safety and ensure compassionate care.
• Document on patient medical records and support care teams.
