Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care and lead comprehensive rehabilitation plans. You will supervise treatments, assess patients, and craft individualized care plans while addressing concerns and building strong patient relationships.

Celebrate patient progress and outcomes every day. Qualifying candidates hold current licensure, CPR certification, and a Master’s degree is preferred (or Bachelor’s with substantial experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master‘s Degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
