Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver direct inpatient care and guide patient rehabilitation. You will supervise treatments, assess patients, and craft personalized care plans while addressing concerns to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
