Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will deliver direct inpatient care, design personalized treatment plans, and monitor patients’ progress with compassion and professionalism.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervise care, and educate patients and families to support recovery. Our well-equipped PT gyms and the latest technology foster a supportive environment that promotes growth.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
