Qualifications

• Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent within 3 months of hire required.
• Minimum of one-year clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients as prescribed by referring physician.
• Record treatment, response, progress, and discharge information in patient chart.
• Educate patient and family regarding condition and treatment plan.

BS, MS, or DPT degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy
