Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations assessing strength, mobility, balance, and functional performance.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide skilled interventions focused on mobility training, gait training, balance retraining, and functional restoration.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, case management, and OT/SLP teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, safety strategies, and discharge recommendations.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards.
